Our team ensures high quality, consistency and reliability for all products throughout the complete life-cycle of our flexible pipe systems manufacturing.

Take ownership for leading and innovating

You will be responsible for the Management of Integrity Management (IM) Team within FPS business. You will ensure delivery of IM related products/services and development of the underlying technology. You will be leading and growing IM team along with full P&L responsibility.

As a Business Leader - Integrity Management, you will be responsible for:

 

 

  • Being fully responsible for P&L of IM business; HSE, business strategy, financials, operations, technical, business development, and team & site management.
  • Growing the business; growing current portfolio and market exposure by building a powerful relationship with customers, sales/commercial and finance teams.
  • Building the right business strategy to support business growth in a sustainable way and aligned with services strategy.
  • Leading the IM teams (engineering/operations/technical) ensuring a multi-disciplinary approach to the development of products/services and the underlying technology along with very good operational delivery for projects won.
  • Stimulating and leading a creative environment in which IM team can work efficiently and provide solutions to technology challenges.
  • Engaging with customers to gain "Voice of Customer" insight to their integrity issues and input these insights into the product development process along with new business development opportunity.
  • Training, coaching, and mentoring IM team staff and carry out all duties associated with their line management and development.
  • Participating as part of FPS services management team, including contributions to strategy, commercial development, safety and other operational matters.

 


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

 

 

 

 

  • Have a BSc. or MSc. in physics or engineering.
  • Have good P&L management experience; technology portfolio and team management.
  • Have significant experience in the Energy industry along with very good experience in managing/leading complex projects.
  • Have the ability to understand and translate business requirements into effective business solutions in line with business strategy.
  • Have the ability to read and interpret contracts, engineering drawings, product specifications, industry codes, and ISO regulations.
  • Have track record of growing businesses and managing P&L's.
