Position Description:

A marketing specialist will help develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs for the Digital Wellbeing team across a variety of channels. The work includes researching the market, analyzing trends to help define the team's marketing strategy, and providing advice as to how to best reach the target market. The specialist is also responsible for coordinating with other marketing and sales professionals to implement innovative campaigns for the Digital Wellbeing Program branding or events. Their duties include researching target audiences, recording data from campaign results to add to future reports and overseeing the program's social media channels to ensure brand uniformity.

Minimum Requirements:

A successful candidate will hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in marketing, business administration, advertising, communications or other relevant fields from a recognized and approved program.

The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in marketing and campaign development.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
1. Understand both traditional and digital marketing elements and research methods
2. Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
3. Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
4. Experience with collaborative vendor partnerships including the management of programs and campaigns.
5. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop branding ideas and promotional materials.
Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities that help tackle issues.
Investigate the performance of Digital Wellbeing marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
