To create, plan and maintain jobs in SAP.
Responsible for raising and tracking customers invoices along with follow up to ensure payments are met by due dates
Responsible for revenue recognition and ensuring dates are updated in SAP.
Responsible for creation of monthly reports for reviews
Execute steps required for service contract arrangement following corporate processes (requests for new customers creation, invoice payment, new vendors screening, service contract review and etc.)
Keep track of backlog, orders and other financials of the projects created.
Keep track of engineers' timesheets to ensure correct billing
Maintain FE time drop and make sure to follow up on accuracy of the time drop
To run audit reports in order to be compliant
To build and maintain effective working relationships across Finance to ensure revenue and cost accuracy
Bachelor's degree in business administration
Previous SAP knowledge
Strong MS Office skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Clear thinker and analytical skills
Team worker and ability to multitask
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills.
