COMPLIANCE AND PROCUREMENT MANAGER (EIRLALDRO08)

We are looking for a Compliance and Procurement Manager within Eni's Aldro Energia in Torrelavega, Spain. Responsible for Purchases of goods & services to use or sell. Ensures employer obtains quality products at competitive prices in an orderly and timely manner.

Aldro Energia is an electricity, gas and energy efficiency marketer operating in Spain and Portugal, with headquarters in the Cantabrian town of Torrelavega. We are experts in efficient energy management for all sectors: residential, industrial and services. In January 2021, Aldro Energia was acquired by Eni gas e luce, allowing Eni to expand its presence in the European market and begin offering customers a wide range of products and services beyond the supply of gas and electricity. Our objective is to provide sustainable solutions that contribute to the energy transition.

As a member of the Procurement department at Aldro Energia, you will be responsible for:
  • Develop & implement end to end business-aligned sourcing strategies- Incl. risk mitigation strategies and responsible sourcing
  • Build strategic supplier relationships, driving commercial, sustainability, innovation and performance initiatives
  • Manage key internal stakeholders. Engage with HQ key Procurement managers
  • Drive negotiations with suppliers focusing on key identified criteria - Quality, Service Delivery, Operational Improvements, Total Cost of Ownership, etc.
  • Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services
  • Support taking calculated entrepreneurial risks and challenges assumptions
  • Encourage cross-divisional working and learning networks, and Contribute to remove barriers that inhibit effective decision making
  • Be the ambassador of the Company values internally and externally


This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Applied Science, or a Related Field
  • Specialized Industry Knowledge, Previous Experience as a Procurement Manager
  • Superior Organizational Skills,
  • Excellent Negotiator
  • Knowledge of Supply Management Software (Database Management, SAP, and General Office Programs)

Funciones
  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de contratacion alineadas con el negocio, incluyendo estrategias de mitigacion de riesgos y contratacion responsable.
  • Establecer relaciones estrategicas con los proveedores, promoviendo iniciativas comerciales, de sostenibilidad, de innovacion y de rendimiento.
  • Gestionar las principales partes interesadas internas. Colaborar con los principales responsables de compras de la sede central
  • Dirigir las negociaciones con los proveedores centrandose en los criterios clave identificados: calidad, prestacion de servicios, mejoras operativas, coste total de propiedad, etc.
  • Desarrolla y aplica estrategias para la adquisicion, de bienes o servicios
  • Apoya la toma de riesgos empresariales calculados y desafia las suposiciones
  • Fomentar las redes de trabajo y aprendizaje entre divisiones, y contribuir a eliminar las barreras que impiden una toma de decisiones eficaz
  • Ser el embajador de los valores de la empresa a nivel interno y externo


Esta es la oportunidad para usted si tiene estas habilidades y requisitos:
  • Licenciatura en Empresariales, Logistica, Gestion de la Cadena de Suministro, Ingenieria, Economia, Ciencias Aplicadas o un campo relacionado
  • Conocimiento especializado del sector, Previa experiencia como responsable de compras
  • Habilidades organizativas superiores,
  • Excelente negociador
  • Conocimiento de software de gestion de suministros (gestion de bases de datos, SAP y programas de oficina generales)
