Peterson and Control Union currently have a vacancy for a Global HR Coordinator within the Global Human Resource Function.

Reporting to the Group CEO, the Global HR Coordinator will be responsible for hands-on coordinating the global HR programme with the business and coordination of the requirements of the Group Graduate placement programme. The Global HR Coordinator will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to Regional leaders and Global HR teams and consult with the relevant teams to develop and execute the global HR and Talent Strategy for the group.

The Coordinator will work with Regional directors and HR management across the group to guide the global execution of relevant HR programs, strategic initiatives, processes, and communications. You will be responsible for but limited too developing and implementing a global HR plan and strategy, developing and coordinating a leadership succession strategy, supporting the management and delivery of the global graduate programme, ensuring effective relationships with key stakeholders supporting the current and future people requirements across the group.

This position requires strong knowledge of business processes/analysis across workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, leadership and employee development, employee assessment, including talent reviews, and organizational designs.

To be considered for this role you must have proven leadership skills including team leadership with experience leading cross-operational teams in a multi-national, multi-cultural environment. You will have demonstrated experience in building collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including appropriate vendor management.
