Our Human Capital & Technology Team provides HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters. we provide coaching, HR process expertise, other general HR activities.

As a HR Business Analyst (Onboarding function), you're responsible for providing in depth analysis into onboarding process delivery, statistics, volumes, workload etc and insights that help establish data-driven decision-making across the organization

As a HR Business Analyst (Onboarding function), you will be responsible for:

  • Using appropriate descriptive statistics techniques to identify patterns, correlations, & generate relevant insights to the onboarding leadership team that aid decision-making and overall operations strategy
  • Building intelligent data collection and automation tools with complex matching / filtering and analyse requirements for projects, reports, etc.
  • Performing DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
  • Creating storyboards and interactive visual reports using data visualization tools like Power BI, Airtable etc
  • Partnering with stakeholders, know the audience, anticipate challenges, and tailor the message appropriately
  • Utilizing Data Analytics to provide ongoing refinement of processes to improve operations and apply learned lessons into future solution considerations
  • Prioritizing requests based on a clear understanding of business strategy and direction

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor's Degree in Information systems, Computer Science or similar fields.
  • Have broad experience working in a multinational environment in HR Process and Shared Services.
  • Have good experience in data analytics and reporting, e.g. MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, Airtable, JIRA, Confluence, Workday, SAP etc.
  • Have good working knowledge of Power BI with Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and building visualizations and reports.
  • Have demonstrated analytical skills and experience of working with metrics
  • Have excellent and proven interpersonal and communication, problem solving and influencing skills
  • Have excellent time management, planning and organizational skills and ability to work with a tight deadline
  • Have proven analytical, organizational ability, stakeholder management capabilities and ability to work under pressure
