As Manufacturing Engineer, you will apply engineering concepts and technical expertise to ensure Manufacturing supply chain readiness for new product introductions and facilitates finished good production. You will ensure reliable first pass yield and design for manufacturability is achieved in a cost effective and efficient manner without harm to people or the environment.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring HSE-instructions and guidelines are followed and participate actively on HSE programs
  • Complying to the Qualified to Perform (QTP) program always as well as all other Quality requirements and exercise Stop Work at any time
  • Development of Test Equipment, Test Software and documentation
  • Implementation of PCBA & MCM prototypes testing into Supply Chain production
  • Electrical testing support for MCM & PCBA vendor base
  • Evaluating manufacturing process and shape strategic projects to improve processes capabilities, quality, fulfillment, safety and productivity
  • Supporting in driving global standardization of process and test equipment facilitating cost reduction strategies, best practice and communication across the PL manufacturing plants
  • Initiating, driving and completing projects to control costs through the Product Life Cycle


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and good experience in a similar role
  • Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
  • Preferred - knowledge in software programming & measuring equipment (LabVIEW, Visual Basic & PXI Systems)
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English
  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Be able to work independently
