Claims and Risk Coordinator

 

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for the management of claims and risk factors across all divisions within the company.

 

Duties:

- Analyze potential claims and request any more info if necessary

- File claims with the insurance company or broker in each department

- Store all documents and claims in the information system the company uses

- Assist other team members with their legal questions

- Manage the COI process

- Support the company's onboarding requirements

 

Qualifications:

-Must have a bachelors degree

- Must have at least 5 years of experience with medical claims, HR, and Risk Management

- CIC, ARM, and CRM certifications are preferred
