We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Instrument Control Engineering team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors and expanders.

As Senior Sales Manager - Account Sales, you'll be involved in long-term planning and contribution to the overall sales strategy of the business . In a high-impact, fast-paced environment you'll integrate and develop processes to meet business needs. You' will deliver successful project and commercial outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions and relationships.

As Senior Sales Manager - Account Sales, you will be responsible for:

  • Enabling sales by engaging with customers and stakeholders to develop long term trusted relationships
  • Handling products and systems sales strategies requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment/market where the products and systems will be used
  • Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally
  • Handling important clients throughout Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea
  • Cooperating with technical colleagues to create solutions to customer problems tailored to their needs and local market conditions.

    To be successful in this role its desired you have:

     

  • Have a minimum of 5 years experience in Sales or commercial and a Bachelor's degree or college, or relevant industry experience
  • Have great sales and commercial skills.
  • Have good technical knowledge and the ability to strategize, analyze and resolve problems.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have established project management skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead programs/projects and ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Demonstrate fluent English level
