Job Purpose:

Under direct supervision, performs simple, repetitive tasks within the general accounting, accounts payable or auditing departments. May post journal entries, process payments, verify information, maintain files and assist in the preparation of reports.

  • Within this position, you will be on day release to the college.
  • To enable you get the best experience within Finance you will be in rotation under our three main Finance Department - Controllership, FP&A and Commercial Finance.


Essential Responsibilities
  • Communicate with High Radius Cash apps team for timely and accurate cash allocation
  • Support Operations for collection of receivables; compilation and publication of Past due data by project
  • Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable & WHT balances (including WHT certificate collections)
  • Gather and file required documentation to complete revenue recognition requirements
  • Monitor timesheet submissions and approvals
  • Post project batches in Oracle ERP
  • Raise monthly intercompany invoices between legal entities
  • Perform month end close activities, including journal postings to ensure submission to deadlines where applicable
  • Support with audit requests and data gathering
  • Monthly/Quarterly UK National Statistics submissions
  • Support Commercial Leader during biweekly QMI calls (business forecast reviews);
  • Prepare the weekly QMI files: regional and product line of orders forecast;
  • Run and distribute Oracle Backlog reports;
  • Update orders database, prepare reconciliation of Deal Machine vs Oracle Orders;
  • Support Commercial Finance Leader during the financial quarter close;
  • Support Commercial team during the Medium range planning cycle: consolidating submissions, prepare the regional presentations.
  • Intercompany confirmations with counter party
