Estamos buscando un Senior HR Manager para Aldro Energia de Eni en Torrelavega, Espana. Seras responsable de implementar y coordinar todas las actividades relacionadas con la Administracion y Gestion de Personas. Implementar las politicas y herramientas de RR.HH. marcadas por la Direccion del Grupo.

Como miembro del departamento de RRHH de Aldro Energia, seras responsable de :
  • Gestion de las Relaciones Laborales y representacion de la empresa ante los trabajadores/as, organismos oficiales y agentes sociales.
  • Supervision y control de todos los procedimientos administrativos del area.
  • Gestion y planificacion del plan de formacion y desarrollo de los trabajadores/as.
  • Reclutamiento y Seleccion. Analisis de necesidades, Atraccion y Gestion del Talento y Planes de carrera
  • Participacion en los procesos de evaluacion del desempeno
  • Conciliacion, igualdad, comunicacion interna
  • Resolucion de conflictos internos. Seguimiento del Clima y satisfaccion laboral.
  • Administracion del personal. Gestion juridico-administrativa en seleccion y contratacion, nominas y seguros sociales. Control de los derechos y deberes del trabajador.

Esta es la oportunidad para usted si tiene estas habilidades y requisitos:
  • Licenciatura en Relaciones Laborales y RRHH.
  • Experiencia solida en puestos de responsabilidad en departamentos de Recursos Humanos.
  • Gestion de plantillas de mas de 100 personas
  • Ingles Nivel Avanzado oral y escrito.
  • Nivel avanzado en Office. plataformas ERP, paquetes integrados de RRHH.

We are looking for a HR/Selection and HR Senior Manager within Eni's Aldro Energia in Torrelavega, Spain. You will be responsible for implementing and coordinating all the activities related to the Administration and People Management. Implement the HR policies and tools set by the Group's Management.

As a member of the HR department at Aldro Energia, you will be responsible for :
  • Management of Labour Relations and representation of the company before workers, official bodies and social agents.
  • Supervision and control of all administrative procedures in the area.
  • Management and planning of the training and development plan for workers.
  • Recruitment and selection. Needs Analysis, Attraction and Management of Talent and Career Plans
  • Participation in performance evaluation processes
  • Conciliation, equality, internal communication
  • Resolution of internal conflicts. Climate monitoring and job satisfaction.
  • Personnel administration. Legal-administrative management in selection and contracting, payroll and social insurance. Control of the rights and duties of the worker.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :
  • HR and Labor Relations Bachelor's degree.
  • Solid experience in a managerial position in Human Resources departments.
  • Management of workforces of more than 100 people.
  • Advanced level of oral and written English.
  • Advanced level in office, ERP platforms, HR integrated packages.
