We are looking for a Legal Assistant within Eni's Aldro Energia in Lisbon, Portugal. Your responsibilities will be related with legal, regulatory and compliance affairs in Portugal.

Aldro Energia is an electricity, gas and energy efficiency marketer operating in Spain and Portugal, with headquarters in the Cantabrian town of Torrelavega. We are experts in efficient energy management for all sectors: residential, industrial and services. In January 2021, Aldro Energia was acquired by Eni gas e luce, allowing Eni to expand its presence in the European market and begin offering customers a wide range of products and services beyond the supply of gas and electricity. Our objective is to provide sustainable solutions that contribute to the energy transition.

As a member of the Legal department at Aldro Energia, you will be responsible for :
  • Customer claims; reception, registration and subsequent response to complaints from customer bodies and state authorities.
  • Direct consumer claims; Reception, registration and subsequent response to complaints from customers or insurers.
  • Contracts and documents management; Creation of contracts for new collaborations and projects, and drafting of minor internal company support documents. And documentary management of all contractual documentation, powers of attorney and sensitive company data.
  • Data Protection; reception, registration and subsequent response to data protection and privacy complaints.
  • Regulatory affairs; Study and report all news about regulatory affairs in Portugal, in particular all the news about renewable area. Attendance at meetings of ACEMEL and other associations.
  • Trials and disputes; Assistance drafting of claims for payment. Attend to all kind of claims and proceedings in which Aldro is involved.
  • Report: Report all this tasks from Portugal to Spain for analysis.

  • This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :
  • Degree in law
  • Experience in trials
  • Some years of relevant experience
  • English advanced skills. Spanish is desirable.

    Permanent contract. Local (non-expatriate), Residential.
