Partner with the best

As Global FP&A Manager, you will manage large complex multi-currency EPC contracts with a value of $150million to $500mm for the SPS business and support ongoing reviews with Finance/Operational leaders within the business. In addition, you will drive process simplification in cost control and provide Finance expertise to support key business strategic goals including margin expansion and cost-out initiatives.

As a Global FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the business cycle plan, budget, forecasts of the organization
  • Analyzing the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed
  • Defining KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- mfg., R&D, eng, supply, commissioning
  • Advising management in the function and/or in the business. Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects
  • Acting frequently as a project leader in projects involving the business and other functions

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with significant experience in FP&A Operations
  • Have a good oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Have the ability to lead programs / projects
  • Have project management skills
  • Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
