Our client seeks qualified candidates to staff and operate a 24 / 7 Help Desk / Service Management function to support activities on the U.S. Marine Corps base in Nokesville, VA. This will be on a contract basis in 1-month renewable increments. Work is scheduled to go through the end of August 2022.

 

Duties:

  • Receive trouble calls and service requests
  • Enter trouble calls, service requests, and maintenance work orders into the MAXIMO system
  • Coordinate with service delivery departments to prioritize, plan and schedule work

 

Work Schedule:

  • Up to seven days per week, 12 hours per day at 84 hours per week [not guaranteed]
  • Should be willing to work both day and night shifts

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous Help Desk / Computerized Maintenance Management System data entry experience
