Description:
Analyze, design and build an integrated Commodity Code solution to support the P2P process
• Analyze current commodity code (UNSPSC) landscape
• Determine approach for commodity code adoption across the P2P process
• Develop processes and procedures for capturing accurate commodity codes during purchasing, master data creation andinvoice payment processes
• Integrate commodity codes into current master data
o Review and cleanse existing price fi les commodity codes
o Review and cleanse existing Material Master commodity codes
• Identify and recommend technology solutions to support and integrate commodity codes into the P2P process
• Develop commodity code based spend reporting
• Develop and implement tools to support the integration and application of accurate commodity codes to spend and master data

Experience and requirements
• Must have minimum 5 years Supply Chain Project Management experience
• Must be experienced in implementing commodity codes across Supply Chain Processes
• Experienced with SAP/Ariba Master Data structures and management
• Preference for Oil & Gas Industry Materials Management and/or Purchasing experience
• Self-motivated and able to deliver quality results with minimal supervision
