Position Description:
We are seeking a Planning & Performance Analyst to join the Performance Mgmt. & Benchmarking Division of Technical Services Planning & Performance Management Department.

The Performance Management & Benchmarking Department is responsible for Coordinate Technical Services' Performance Management activities to ensure corporate alignment and goals are consistently met in an effective and efficient manner. Facilitate benchmarking and sharing of best practices across the organization. Also prepares the Business Plan presentations and ad-hoc information as needed, for the Sr. Vice President to the Executive Advisory Committee, Management Committee and EXCOM.

The Planning & Performance Management Analyst is responsible for Plans, executes & leads planning and performance management (P&PM) analytical activities under the broad guidance of higher-level Planning & Performance Management staff and supervisors of Technical Services, particularly in resolving complex, cross-functional, non-routine and/or design issues.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related discipline; however, possession of an advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and/or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) is preferred.

Twelve (12) years related experience is required. Particularly the candidate's experience should demonstrate capability and track record in the practice of planning & performance management, or of a similar function (e.g. Strategic or Business Planning)

Internal analytical skills certification, which may be waived with possession of an equivalent professional certification, a relevant graduate degree and/or significant demonstrable work record in the practice of planning & performance management.

Excellent command of oral & written English. Strong communication skills, solid soft skills (influence, emotional intelligence).

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:

Contributes, coordinates and progressively leads P&PM tasks such as business plan preparation, initiative tracking, and performance analysis and accountability reporting.

Conducts special P&PM-related studies or tasks such as the review of business initiatives, the establishment of new benchmarks, the review of risk management activities, the design and re-design of measurements and Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and the setting of business plan and KPI targets.

Assists in identifying gaps in the governance and control environment within the business, and in formulating and implementing solutions for gap closure.

Provides supervision, coordination and/or facilitation in the execution of regular and special tasks by other P&PM personnel, as well as mentorship on P&PM analytical practice.

Performs other duties e.g. data collection or business analysis, as assigned.

About Us:
The Engineering & Project Management (E&PM) business line studies, plans and oversees the construction of the Company's new facilities, including some of the biggest and most complex projects in the petroleum industry. Recently, Saudi Aramco completed the largest capital program in its history that included new or expanded oil, gas and petrochemical facilities, raising maximum sustainable crude oil production capacity to 12 million barrels per day and significantly increasing gas production and processing capacities. Among the recently completed projects was the largest crude oil increment in the history of the industry: Khurais, with a production capacity of 1.2 million barrels per day. More challenges lie ahead, with a slate of new or expanded oil, gas, refining and petrochemical projects in the works. E&PM also manages the Company's Research & Development Center where scientists investigate topics such as the desulfurization of crude oil, advanced fuel formulations for next generation combustion engines, and reservoir nano-scale robots (Resbots™) for injection into reservoirs to record their properties.
