Our client is looking for a EMEA Payroll Coordinator for a permanent position, located in Aberdeen

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working closely with global partners to ensure client payrolls are delivered on time and accurately
  • Liaising with client employees, clients and partners
  • Ensuring systems and tools are up-to-date and accurate
  • Hosting client calls
  • Preparing payroll calendars, checklists and data sheets
  • Drafting and agreeing monthly governance reports by country
  • Chairing governance calls for your clients
  • Managing complex projects and non-routine work for clients
  • Resolving issues and ensuring a high client satisfaction 
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver seamless performance
  • Contributing to positive team spirit and engagement

REQUIREMENTS

  • Self-motivated with a passion for payroll and service delivery
  • Ready to take on a diverse and varied workload, challenging yourself on a daily basis to deliver great service
  • Passion for numbers (we would love if it you have a background in Finance or Payroll)
  • An unusually high attention to detail
  • Organised and structured approach to your work
  • Persistent problem solver
  • Really good with systems, data bases and software packages
  • Naturally good communication skills, and great builder of relationships
