Development Representative

Plano, Texas

Company: Our client is a software company, changing the way personal development is done in the marketplace.

This Position: The Development Rep will be instrumental in developing relationships with interested parties and handing those relationships off to Account Executives when the time is right.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Adding 10+ new leads per day through creative outbound prospecting within your accounts
  • Executing 50+ outreach activities per day
  • Utilizing sales tools to maximize effectiveness
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics
  • Gain market knowledge through researching how different organizations operate, leadership structures, and the pain points they face everyday
  • This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Team Lead who values in-the-moment coaching, weekly one on ones, as well as freedom to allow you to own your success
  • Daily team huddles to celebrate wins and share goals
  • Shape, iterate, and scale our sales strategy, taking initiative to improve the team's practices, tools, and content.
  • Help foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and innovation across the team
