Compensation & HRIS Systems Manager

 

Summary:

This role is responsible for designing and implementing compensation programs and HRIS. Ensuring the programs are supporting the long term objectives for the company.

 

Duties:

- Develop and recommend strategies that are aligned with company goals

- Perform implementation of new procedures and policies

- Ensure that proper record keeping, status reports, and requirements are in compliance with Fair Labor Standards Act

- Provide annual merit, long-term, short-term incentive, and stock plans

- Communicate with employees about their compensation changes and any other questions or concerns they may express.

- Use market analysis to structure strong job titles, descriptions, and salaries.

- Oversee payroll reports for the whole organization

- Manage data integrity in the HRIS system

 

Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree or higher

- Masters degree is preferred

- Must have at least 10 years of experience with HR

- Compensation management experience is preferred

- Must have HRIS experience

- Knowledge of Field Operations or Construction
