Benefits and Compensation Specialist

 

Job Summary:

This job role will be responsible for managing employee benefits, payroll and perks.

 

Duties:

-Process Payroll

- Report Payroll taxes in a timely manner

- Ensure all employees have full knowledge of the benefits policies and procedures

- Ensure the company follows local employment laws and regulations

- Administration of FMLA and Worker's Comp

 

Qualifications:

- College level degree or 4 years of related experience

- Full knowledge of U.S. Federal laws

- SHRM/PHR or CEBS certification
