The Product

State of the art Ship loading and Unloading systems for bulk grain and ingredients

The Role

• Achieve the sales targets of the market segment Ship Loader / Unloader in the market area assigned (SEA & Oceania)
• Establish appropriate local market intelligence (market potential, competitors, customers etc.)
• Development of customer specific quotation concepts with the involvement of internal and external experts
• Develop and build up regional sales concepts and sales strategies
• Assurance of complete information transfer between the relevant departments involved (Quotation, Engineering, Technology, Design, etc.)
• Establish and use appropriate reporting tools. (e.g. CRM)
• Build trusting customer relationships by supporting and consulting them in technical, technological, and business matters
• Develop and implement marketing concepts together with the marketing department

Candidate Requirements

• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline i.e. Technical engineering related or Sales/Business
• A background working for original equipment manufacturers (OEMS) in a sales background
• Experience gained in the sale of bulk material handling equipment ideally to the food, bulk ingredient or Oleochemicals / Chemical market
• Ideally experienced to a sales management level managing six figures sales targets
• Experience gained working in the South East Asian region would be preferable
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills with good cross-cultural awareness as well
• Willingness to international travel (>50%)
• Excellent English language skills, other languages might be an advantage
