Customer Support Representative

You will be responsible for:
  • Works with the sales and operations team to convert the demand plan into physical orders.
  • Provide support in receiving, reviewing, and entering customer orders for key accounts.
  • Handles oilfield and industrial chemical product line(s) customer orders from various regions.
  • Assist in executing continuous improvement projects to maximize value.
  • Understand business trends, opportunities and how they impact the demand forecast.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or related field with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in chemical industry.
  • Have ability to resolve complex problems with minimal assistance/supervision.
  • Proficient in order entry software (SAP).
  • Knowledge of order management processes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with and influence stakeholders.
  • Comfortable to work based on client's timezone when required
