As a Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

 

 

  • All activities related to the testing and validation of an equipment, facility or plant in accordance to the design objectives or specifications for operational use, includes Performance Services, Performance tests
  • Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.
  • Handling simple project processes. There are detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge. A framework of conditions is set.
  • Handling targeted clients. Contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed.
  • Performing onsite technical testing, validation, and maintenance (preventive and remedial) of customer equipment by following detailed written directions and framework. Training will be provided.

To be successful in this role you will:

 

 

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services and coding.
  • Must be in North Carolina, Virginia, Mississippi, and/or Georgia, or willing to relocate. No relocation offered.
  • Have availability to travel 90% including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Have ability to obtain a valid US passport and be able to travel internationally
  • Have analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • Have ability to multi -task and network in a high-pressure environment.
  • Have ability to organize, prioritize tasks, risks, and resources.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills. Communication skills with multiple function.
  • Have strong networking and computer knowledge (experience with creating and editing MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint documents)
  • Experience installing updates, adjusting & implementing coding, and designs, etc. with computer networks and wireless applications
