As a Service Coordinator, You will be responsible for :
  • Creating, planning and maintaining jobs in SAP.
  • Raising and tracking customers invoices along with follow up to ensure payments are met by due dates.
  • Supporting service manager with agenda and work orders creation in Service max.
  • Working on mandatory finance requirements for invoicing.
  • Responsible for revenue recognition and ensuring dates are updated in SAP.
  • Responsible for creation of monthly reports for reviews.
  • Work with services managers with accurate forecasting reports.
  • Execute steps required for service contract arrangement following corporate processes (requests for new customer's creation, invoice payment, new vendors screening, service contract review and etc.)
  • Keep track of backlog, orders and other financials of the projects created.
  • Keep track of engineers' timesheets to ensure correct billing.
  • Maintain FE time drop and make sure to follow up on accuracy of the time drop.
  • To run audit reports in order to be compliant.
  • To build and maintain effective working relationships across finance to ensure revenue and cost accuracy

  • Previous SAP knowledge
