The Company

An OEM company which offers design, manufacturing, and turnkey solutions for evaporators and spray dryers. A young company that employs experienced staff members, to focus on providing a customer centric service.

The Role

•Manage the execution of projects from inception through commissioning.
•Responsible for maintaining project files according to company standards.
•Lead and coordinate design, equipment (selection and purchasing), construction and commissioning activities for the project.
•Assist the sales team in the development of new projects.
•Assist customers with process and equipment troubleshooting.
•Achieve execution of contract engineering documentation into functional systems that meet and exceed the Company's standards. This will require participation in the commissioning of equipment.
•Actively participate in process and mechanical innovation efforts in support of product development and the Company's continuous innovation drive.

Main Duties
•The Project Manager position is responsible for delivering project(s) that span across one or more business units. Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to stage gate quality and Project Management control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.
•The Project Manager position has the authority to run the projects on a day-to-day basis. Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.
•Be responsible for taking the lead in engineering solutions for the company projects
•Motivation of colleagues: able to convince, make people work in teams, attract people, bring ideas
•Creates the strategic vision, goals and strategy: able to bring innovation
•Development of customer relationship strategies in collaboration with relevant internal departments and the other companies in the Group
•Follows the strategy and policy as approved by the management.
•Prepare Budget, Forecast and actively seek for business opportunity to increase sales income and margin.
•Propose and suggest to the management any issues for improvement
•Propose external training program for management's approval.

Responsibilities
•Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their
responsibilities and project milestones
•Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for all assigned projects
•Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
•Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
•Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
•Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
•Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
•Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings
•Monitor staff performance and complete performance review
•Manage project scope and changes
•Act as an internal quality control check for the project
•Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution
•Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
•Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders
•Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
•Manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baseline
•Continue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices
•Extensive understanding of project management principles, methods and techniques
•Advising clients on replacement/renewal of existing technical systems incl. technical clarification
•To grow the company and drive the profitability and carry out the company's operations in accordance with the statutes, directives rules & regulations, and in the aspiration of the Key Performance Indicators established by the Management
