Partner with the Best

As a Customer Service Manager for Baker Hughes Wireline and Slickline services, you will be working closely with technical representatives from our clients to ensure that Baker Hughes downhole services are delivered safely and efficiently every time. By understanding well objectives, you will be able to effectively identify matching Baker Hughes Slickline and Wireline services that maximize hydrocarbon recovery and well abandonment requirements for our clients

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be required to:
  • Maintain excellent personal relationships with the client in an office environment
  • Be involved in operations planning for the delivery of best in class wireline and slickline technologies for execution at the wellsite
  • Be able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Be able to identify and document technical risk to service delivery
  • Work in conjunction with the service delivery coordinator to develop Service Delivery Plans for execution at the wellsite
  • Adhere to contractual requirements and work within commercial frameworks provided

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have Bachelor's Degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or be able to demonstrate minimum 10 years relevant product line experience
  • Have previous experience with technical project management in slickline services, with exposure to wireline operations
  • Have an excellent technical background in the delivery of slickline services on platform, Hydraulic Workover and MODU environments
  • Have a good grounding in the fundamentals of wireline services and wireline perforating
  • Have previous experience with customer and account management
  • Have established negotiating skills and demonstrate capabilities in conflict resolution
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Have proven Interpersonal skills to work well with colleagues and customers across all businesses and cultures
  • Have the ability to manage multiple project and/or deadlines

Salary Range: AUD 145,000 - 160,000 per annum
