Take ownership for creating the future of our product range

As a Manufacturing engineer, based at our Houston facility, you will help support both our extrusion and pressure application process's in both Houston and Midland for our innovative, unique non-metallic piping products. You be part of a collaborative a team that plays an integral link in delivering our cutting-edge equipment to our customers and ensuring the highest quality.

As a manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing their dedicated manufacturing areas driving efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Monitoring and overseeing the processes to ensure accuracy and quality of manufactured products
  • Leading a team to successfully deliver products and projects to our customers
  • ERP data entry - Must be familiar with ERP systems and be able to interrogate and present data as required
  • Following internal processes to ensure safety, compliance and quality
  • Define and document work practices and facilitate the risk assessment process.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years pipe extrusion manufacturing process's
  • Have a bachelor's degree or a High School Diploma/GED with strong experience gained in a Manufacturing environment
  • Lean six sigma qualification
  • Display the ability to identify and resolve problems and be able to implement effective improvements using lean techniques.
  • Expert with using Microsoft office tools to carry out data analysis
  • Show excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Have the ability to lead teams and be able to work autonomously.
