The Marketing Specialist for the Emissions Management solutions is responsible for leading and advancing marketing activities and processes. This individual will develop campaign plans and monitor budgets. Project manage content development, with input from SME's and outsource creative work for decks, content graphic layout and videos. They will generate, plan, and publish content for campaigns and thought leadership. They will develop and implement lead generation campaigns and provide lead results. They are also responsible for leads, lead conversions, campaigns, content, web traffic, and promotions.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Lead and drive the functional excellence of marketing through for planning, processes, infrastructure, research and analysis, performance management and budgeting for better commercial execution globally. Manage multiple channels and touch points, intersect with an all marketing disciplines and deliver increasingly more ROI, which requires superior skills in planning, systems, and process management. Marketing operations is a means to ensure that marketing is conducted in the most efficient and accountable manner.
  • Proactively engage sales teams to optimize lead program to advance the impact of leads generated and opportunities created.
  • Measure and report on ABM results to support business and marketing team on ways to utilize demand generation tactics in growth initiatives.
  • Building, managing, and leveraging a global database of all key contacts for all key target (and existing) accounts within their vertical industry across Emissions Management solutions line and other PC's within BH as relevant.
  • Serve as an internal advisor within EM marketing on best-in-class lead management approaches, from lead collection to reporting.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and the commercial team on campaign content, best practices, messaging, and techniques for executing.
  • Implementation of effective lead generation programs, ensuring alignment with marketing priorities, best practice processes, and lead management-related tools.
  • Leverage data, research, and segmentation to define insights that fuel development of strong engagement strategies and monitor the success of a campaign as it runs to suggest changes and improvements if necessary.
  • Work with the extended BH marketing and communications team, collaborating with and pulling in the right people from events, digital, content, and creative to ensure effective plan development and execution.
  • Coordinates virtual events, and trainings and works closely with communications support to develop and execute tradeshow and expos strategy.
  • Generates content and strategy for social media (LinkedIn and YouTube)
  • Develops and drives data and content management process

To be successful in this role you will:

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing).
  • Emissions Management is BH wide solution and this role will need interaction with multiple stakeholders: EM & Decarb strategy workstreams, other BH product companies, BH public policy function, BH and DS Marketing, BH and DS communication - experience working in a matrixed structure
