Our team deliver strategic roadmaps for CCUS, Hydrogen and Clean Fuels and New Energy Management Solutions, scout innovative technologies and originates opportunities to expand our portfolio of decarbonized solutions, manage programs for technology development and lead early customers engagement to position innovative solutions.

Partner with the best

As Carbon Utilization Program Manager, you will define and lead execution of our Carbon Utilization technology programs. You will help support product development road-map definition and execution, technology integration and execution with BH Carbon capture technologies, and manage relevant pilot projects and research and development initiatives. You will focus on innovations for Carbon Utilization technology that add value to our product portfolio.

As a Carbon Utilization Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Defining executing - liaising with Engineering teams and in alignment with broader BH CCUS strategy - technology validation, scale up and technology integration programs and road-maps, and optimize supply-chain set-ups.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess in-house competencies and to execute opportunities
  • Partnering with CCUS growth team to define target requirements, such as performance, costs and lead time for market applications
  • Coordinating and leading activities relevant to programs, by definition of schedules, resources and costs and required for execution, as well as monitoring progress, and granting application of internal New Product Development procedure.
  • Identifying and working with third party suppliers to provide additional skills, expertise, and resource to deliver projects
  • Managing project resources to ensure projects are delivered within the timescales and budget and per program plans

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering and a solid background in a related field
  • Demonstrate experience with Product Leadership, Innovation, Engineering, Process and Plant design
  • Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams, customers and stakeholders
  • Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions
  • Be able to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English
  • Demonstrate experience of CO2 utilization technology development
  • Have experience in program management and managing external delivery partners
