As related to customer equipment, facilities or infrastructure projects: responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources in both tender and execution phases. Position requires thorough understanding and application of planning approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.

Partner with the best

As a Lead Project Planner and Coordinator, you will be responsible to:

  • Generates project plans and associated documentation and reports in tender phase and ensures data is validated, reviewed & approved through business approval levels
  • Ensures project implementation and ensures that work packages constraints are accurately integrated into project planning scenario.
  • Responsible for monitoring progress and producing accurate projections.
  • Ensures stakeholders have access to accurate current reports and projections and relevant reports are available for the customer.
  • Advises Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.
  • Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about planning and coordination services rendered.
  • Contributes to project as a team member or leads small projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven years of experience in Project Management). Proven additional years of experience in Project Planning.
