Look no further, this is a 2+ year contract for a Senior Engineer to oversee all aspects of Marine Construction on a massive Norwegian Continental Shelf project.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the marine construction of the SURF aspects of the project is executed in a safe and efficient manner
• Close follow-up of SURF marine construction activities and performance, with emphasis on HSE, technical quality, cost and project progress. This includes seabed intervention, mooring and hook-up scope
• Close follow-up of the diving (air and saturation) Contractor(s) activities and performance, with emphases on HSE, technical quality, cost and project progress.
• Responsible for the Marine Warranty Survey scope and implementation of MWS review and attendance
• Responsible for design and fabrication follow up of subsea structures outside responsibility of main subsea EPCI contractor, e.g. GEVS structure and replacement Subsea Pigging Structure
• Be proactive and take corrective actions as required, without undermining EPCI Contractor's responsibility
• Ensure that Company requirements are understood by Contractors and implemented in the work
• Be an active contributor in the SPS/SURF team incl. focus on overall goals for the project
• Ensure a good working environment

Qualifications:
• Norwegian project experience
• BSc or MSc within mechanical-, material- or marine engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of Norwegian requirements for offshore projects (PSA regulations, NORSOK etc.).
• Good understanding of inter discipline dependencies.
• Experience with contractor follow-up.
• More than 10 years experience
