As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Providing commercial leadership to LATAM region to deliver orders, targets and grow markets

• Developing customer relationships to increase early engagement and product adaption

• Owning and developing your sales pipeline

• Understanding customer requirements and competitor approaches to improve your sales strategies

• Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical,

economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have solid experience in wellheads, subsea and related equipment. Bachelor's Degree in a technical or engineering discipline

• Show great sales and marketing experience

• Have experience in developing account plans and strategy and proactively growing business

• Demonstrate good written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences

• Show good interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Portuguese and English language

• Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
