Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Maintenance & Reliability Consultant with a background in Instrumentation and Electrical engineering to join our Perth based Operational Management Solutions (OMS) team.

Based in a our key client office and reporting to the Regional Manager, you will s upport the review of maintenance and reliability optimisation of instrumentation and electrical items such as Analysers, LV Swivel, UPS and HVAC.

Please note that we are only able to accept applications from Australian citizens or those who currently hold Permanent Residency (PR) and do not require company sponsorship to work lawfully in Australia.

Skills / Qualifications

To successfully secure this role you will have the following skills and qualifications.

 

 

  • Degree in Instrument / Electrical engineering or equivalent
  • 5 - 10 years experience in reliability engineer
  • Experienced in reliability engineering with appropriate qualifications and recent relevant experience in FMEA, RCM, ECA, PMO
  • Asset Management qualifications or experience beneficial
  • Operational maintenance experience working for or with an Oil & Gas operator essential.
  • Strong safety focus and culture, appreciation for Control of Work protocols, understanding of Isolation requirements and field execution of maintenance

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills and prior experience in working collaboratively with client organisations on secondment
  • Strong written communication skills for technical report writing
