At Eni, we are looking for an Asset Integrity Assistant General Manager, within Petrobel in Egypt. You will be responsible for development and implementation of the Asset Integrity (AI) strategy, for monitoring new AI improvement initiatives and ensure that they are driven and delivered to end users.

As a member of Petrobel you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring implementation of asset integrity strategy
  • Respecting of all safety and environment protection procedure
  • Working closely with the Maint. Eng. SPT on AI objectives and targets setting and monitor company performance against them;
  • Participating in the development of strategic planning documentation;
  • Supporting the Maint. Eng. SPT in the custody and continuous monitoring of AI related documents & procedures; ensure procedures are revised when required and up to date;
  • Participating in the development of the 4-Year AI Plan, annual WP&B and maintain them;
  • To ensure any AI related databases are maintained properly and developed to meet e&p division needs;
  • Monitoring performance of external contractors contracted to AI Department in the delivery of scopes of work and improvement of HSE performance.
  • Facilitating an overall PROD root-cause analysis and trending and advise on AI/process safety issues that pose a threat to the Company, its workforce or the reputation;
  • Providing specialized knowledge of inspection techniques, chemicals, coatings and corrosion mechanism.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :
  • Good knowledge about all onshore operations (all plant process Dept's).
  • BSc. Of Petroleum or Chemical Engineering or Equivalent
  • Knowledge of, Commissioning and Start Up, Maintenance activities, HSE
  • Many years of Oil & Gas Industry Experience
  • Some years of Production Experience
  • Fluent in English
