Partner with the best

Deliver strategic and operational support to the overall business to execute on their projects and achieve their financial targets. You will provide resources focused on projects planning, contract management, costing and document controllership in coordination with the P&L's, engineering and supply chain.

As Global Projects Controls Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining high standards for project planning that support EPC and product execution
  • Developing a costing strategy which spans from business development & tendering to project fulfillment
  • Setting productivity targets within projects and support overall execution to meet the financial and margin expansion targets
  • Developing a global approach to business model management, support FP&A forecasting of revenue recognition, margin and billing.
  • Ensuring proper allocation of resources across organizations to support project planning, forecasting, slotting and capacity management
  • Working in synchronism with IM to implement tools for planning, slotting, forecasting and linearity management
  • Developing functional expertise on contract management to maximize business opportunities
  • Finding and implementing simplification in the overall document controllership discipline

  • Have substantial services leadership experience
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels
  • Be a change agent with demonstrated ability to lead sustainable change
  • Have the ability and willingness to travel globally, estimated 25%
