Join our Cybersecurity Team!

Our Cybersecurity team is responsible for Identity and Access Management, assisting in the execution of the strategy, future direction, and product roadmap delivery for Baker Hughes' Single Sign On, Multifactor Authentication, Privileged Access Management, Federated Identities management.

Be our Architect for Authentication, Authorization, and Virtual Directory Services.

You play a critical role in the execution of Identity management program deliverables including design and implementation of complex, distributed identity software systems throughout all phases of the software development life cycle. You will drive system improvements and best practices architecturally through both refactoring existing systems such as Microsoft Directory services and ADFS, as well as introducing new solutions for customer and supplier identities based on technologies such as Okta SSO and Radiant Logic Virtual Directory.

As a Senior Cyber Security Researcher, you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting execution and deployment of IAM solutions
  • Providing technical guidance to drive and shape the Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture based on Okta and Radiant Logic
  • Assisting in the development of strategic roadmaps, technical blueprints, standards, and reference architectures in support of the IAM program
  • Consulting with business stakeholders and other architects to understand core business processes and business priorities and provides recommendations on IAM solutions
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other technology teams and the Cybersecurity, Risk and Compliance organization
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and informs the team of evolving IAM standards and landscape
  • Assisting with technical evaluations of IAM products including proof of concepts to determine business value of candidate solutions

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a comprehensive, in-depth understanding of complex and highly technical Identity & Access Management concepts and principles of Cyber Security
  • Have strong knowledge of security concepts in technologies that intersect with Identity Management and of authentication and authorization protocols
  • Have several years with relevant professional experience in Identity and Access Management, and Cyber Security
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or High school diplomaGED or equivalent work experience.
  • Have full professional proficiency in English
