Shape global sales strategy

The Senior Sales Manager (SSM) plays a key role within the Europe Baker Hughes Oilfield Equipment (OFE) Sales organization and impacts on the regions go-to-market strategy. The SSM will be responsible for growing the OFE orders and profitability across all the OFE product lines and P&L's, targeting Energy companies in the Nordic countries with main focus on Norway and Denmark.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and shaping regional growth strategy that fits with business imperatives and products/services capabilities and developing the tools and culture to execute successfully.
  • Identifying and developing opportunities for new and current customer accounts and existing partnerships through existing and proven senior level customer relationships.
  • Achieving goals and objectives and stretch commercial targets including CM, cash & revenue.
  • Providing deal team leadership for related sales within the region through the formulation and execution of proposal strategies.
  • Leveraging cross-functional and cross-business resources to maximize market penetration.
  • Developing and maintaining a good orders / opportunity pipeline.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent).
  • Have significant Sales experience within high value markets.
  • Have solid & proven knowledge of strategic business development tools and processes.
  • Have the ability to execute and communicate Sales/Growth strategies in a global environment, to achieve goals.
  • Have existing and appropriate network with Operators and EPC's at a senior level.
