As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for:

Office Administrator
  • Manage Office Stationery.
  • User and Maintenance Point of Contact for Office Technology (Printer, Shredder, etc.).

Engineering Assistance
  • ECM/PI tracking.
  • Longer-term project tracking/monitoring/chasing.
  • General support to Engineer Leader and Project Teams, where skillset needed.
  • External Agency/Suppliers POC for engineer drawing processes.
  • Administrator of Department Procedures.
  • Qualification: Diploma or BTEC in Business Studies or equivalent level.
  • Strong organisational, people and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Software packages (Word, Excel, Power point etc).
  • Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Experience of working to deadlines and respond effectively to demanding customer requests

SAP superuser
  • Provide training on SAP transactions.
  • Support the SAP site administrative team.
  • Be the department SAP administrator.
  • Support Engineers with change or release a new part/document.
  • Conduct historical searches on products/parts in SAP and the legacy system archive.

Advanced user/knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Office tools.
  • Template control.
  • Procedure adherence.


Desirable:
  • Knowledge of Aerospace applications, customers, and marketplace.
  • Knowledge of Configuration Management techniques.
  • Knowledge of Pressure Sensors.
