Overview / Responsibilities

Wood has an opportunity for a Mechanical Static Engineer. There is an increased thrust to deliver our services for the growing Asian market. As a result of this, Engineering Department is expanding and evolving to manage the challenges of regional projects that continue to pose challenges in offering our services through a global talent pool.

Part of mechanical team under supervision of Lead Mechanical Engineer to perform

- conceptual design studies

- Pre-FEED/ FEED

- Detail Design Engineering

Skills / Qualifications

Engineer - Mechanical Static
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum three (3) years experiences related to static equipment such as pressure vessel, heat exchanger, column, etc. in engineering consultant or equipment fabrication company.
  • Having knowledge and skill in static equipment design and calculation using PVElite software.
  • Registered as Graduate Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) .
