Initially a part-time position; Mon thru Fri; 8am to 1pm, may grow into full-time role and could lead to direct employment.

MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER, NO EXCEPTIONS.

**Per the client, full COVID-19 vaccine is required; candidate will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or eligibility for an exemption upon starting assignment/employment**

Contract Duration: 6 months temp contract (if all goes well during the temp assignment, there could be an opportunity to transition to a full-time employee to the client as their onsite user facing individual)
 

The IT Helpdesk Support professional must have 5 to 7 years of CURRENT IT support experience and must have good employment tenure. Needs to be self-driven/self-starter, comfortable, confident and skilled while working on setting up meeting rooms, printers, resolving computer hardware and software issues, etc. Must be able to work within a team environment and independently. Communication and outstanding customer service skills are extremely important in this role as well (corporate management is located at this facility). Needs to be a multi-talented energetic, positive, and an IT problem solver willing to take on whatever challenge needs to addressed.
