Partner with the best

As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for customer growth, satisfaction (NPS) and building strong relationships. You will perform proactive sales and promotion activities of Waygate Technology products and services (lifecycle) in order to drive business growth and increase share of wallet. Moreover, you will utilize DM as major sales tool to enable a systematic, effective and state-of-the-art sales and key account management.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Establishing true account partnership via long-term agreements, frame agreements, product and commercial model piloting, strategic co-creation etc. and be perceived as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and different stakeholders in order to plan, execute and achieve overall orders and CM growth targets.
  • Creating unique account plans for each of your account, execute those and retaining key account level of your customers.
  • Leading Voice of Customer workshops, supporting NPS surveys for your designated accounts and support product management team with recommendations for future offerings.
  • Providing structured updates of operating plan status and key sales operational metrics utilizing business tools.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university with relevant experience in leading international sales projects.
  • Be experienced in leading people, working in the auto vertical and inspection technologies would be beneficial.
  • Be able to speak fluent English and German and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Be a team player with a can-do attitude, a results-oriented work focus and a deal closing mentality.
  • Display a customer-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships, engage key stakeholders and deliver successful and structured projects.
  • Be able to show good problem-solving and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead programs/projects and ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
