As the ITIL Change Management Coordinator , Your key responsibilities include facilitating the application change process through formal review board meetings, the elevation of the maturity level of the current change management practices, and implementation of program enhancements

As a ITIL Change Coordinator , you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring verifiable evidence exists demonstrating risks of Changes s have been mitigated to the fullest extent possible
  • Analyzing and producing Change metrics
  • Chairing Change Board meetings & Authorizing and approving Changes as needed
  • Working with suppliers to the Change Management process to assess risk and feasibility of Changes
  • Working with the appropriate scheduling authorities to coordinate implementation dates of Changes
  • Reporting status of change management programs in appropriate format to functional teams and other stakeholders


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have bachelor or minimum of 3+ yrs progressive IT experience in supporting large IT environment
  • Have experience with Clarity application
  • Have experience applying ITIL 3.0 Change Management concepts in global large-scale Service Management environment
  • Have experience with ITIL change management and Change Advisory Boards (CABs), either as participant or practitioner
  • Have some level of familiarity with ITIL 3.0 (such as Foundations certification)
  • Have Certification in ITIL 3.0 Release, Control, and Validation (Desirable Not Compulsory)
