Job Description: Business Development Manager

The North America LDS Market is expanding. The key to growing CLIENT Opportunities is to enable information sharing from the time a lead comes in, is qualified and a project opportunity is found, through to the quotation and order closing stages. To enable the trends the following list of items will be required. 

Develop and maintain customer relationship
Develop, find, and qualify leads for CLIENT PipePatrol - Pipeline Management Solutions
Coordinate and follow up from first contact to project award
Do presentation and sales calls for all solutions within the PipePatrol - Pipeline Management Solutions portfolio
Assist with developing power point presentations for the USA & Canada Market
Assist with developing quotations for the USA & Canada Market
Utilize CLIEN CRM-Microsoft Dynamics
o to help facilitate opportunities on information sharing for our NAFTA Region.
o Accountable project owner for Pipeline Management Solutions projects together with CLIENT Sales Partners
o utilize CRM as the sales tool for generating, following, and winning LDS opportunities.

Monitor and analyze: (Log events into CRM / Monthly Call & Visit Reports)
o LDS competitors
o Customer problem and application analysis with input from LDS Projects Group
o Project Execution Status with input from LDS Projects Group
Assist on strategic analysis of market as it relates to product development and marketing. Specifically look at regulations, competition & customers to identify new product opportunities
Provide information sharing with all product/industry specialists
Work closely and collaborate with the District Sales Managers and other sales channels focusing on the Leak Detection Market for the NAFTA Region
