Partner with the best

As a Lead Sales Manager, you'll be involved in customer facing and winning deals for Panametrics Business. You are to develops sales plan for the Japan region. You are also task to collaborate with other functional team to ensure sales target are met accordingly.

As a Lead Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

 

 

 

 

  • Being within a geographic area responsible for selling Panametrics product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
  • Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge with some customization within guidelines
  • Contributing to frameworks for price negotiation and conditions.
  • Handling diverse clients in the region
  • Cooperating with (technical) sales support for time to time
  • Handling local focus on Medium size territory

To be successful in this role you will:

 

 

 

 

  • Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Have extensive Sales experience in energy sector
  • Have good oral and written communication skills.
  • Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Have lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Have effective problem identification and solution skills with proven analytical and organizational ability.
