As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Formulating and executing proposal strategy and sales agreements, formulate deal structure, pricing, proposal development.
  • A ctively seeks out new business, through selling of existing wireline services and new products to assigned customer
  • Maintaining active customer profiling and relationship with key Customers and ensuring that our services are called out as priority over the competition
  • Responsible for creating sales and service orders and generating invoices timely with all issues resolved.
  • Identifying new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth. Assists in customer negotiations
  • R esponsible for the completion of contract summary and education of other parties to get up sell value from contracts
  • Utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve proposal process. This is a hybrid role only to be used when both sales origination and commercial proposal activities are ongoing duties of roughly equal importance. If not, use another distinct area of work.
  • Accountable Month Revenue Projection for the assigned customers.
  • Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
  • Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity.
  • Working on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.
  • Handling diverse clients in a region, Handles local focus on Small-Medium size territory
  • Leading a department with medium-sized estimated orders.

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven years' experience in Sales). Proven experience in Sales and Proposal.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Have effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
