Database/Back-End Developer

Our client, a well-established leader in the international maritime industry, is looking for a contract backend developer for a long-term, indefinite project. Candidates should have the skills & experience below and be prepared to pass a technology test.

Required:

• US Citizenship or Green Card
• Must be local to Houston
• 5 yrs ETL
• Excellent SQL Database understanding:
  • Can build a relational database for the given application
  • Excellent knowledge of T-SQL Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions development skills
• Familiarity/Experience with Azure Data factory, Data Lakes, Data Warehousing
• 10 yrs of MS SQL Experience
• Azure SQL
• C# / Python Knowledge to be able to debug and maintain existing ETL jobs
• Proficiency in multi-tasking

• MS Azure Certifications
• My SQL
• NoSQL
• OSI Pi
• Power BI
• SSIS/SSRS Experience
• Microsoft Reporting Tools
• DevOps experience
• Git
