Engie are looking for a Lifestyle Assistant to join our team in Wakefield. You will be passionate about helping others and engaging with customers. You must also be proficient at excel.
This is a 10-hour working week (shifts to be discussed at interview) you must be available to cover 20 hours per weeks as requested for holiday cover. The hourly rate for this role is £12.63ph.

What is your day to day?

Fully assist and support customers with the promotion of continued independence and well- being of with on-site management of services and support. Be proactive at developing relationships and activities that meet the needs of customers.
Professionally and proactively support the management of the residential leasehold portfolio in accordance with the LIFEstyle by ENGIE strategy, policies and procedures, legal and budgetary requirements.

Who are you?

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Housing and supporting older persons
• Excel/Work based skills
• Hands on housing management experience.
• Caring and Compassionate to the well-being of individuals
• Service charge budgeting / charging experience
• Good customer service skills and the ability to work within an ever-changing environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Awareness of service charge administration.
• Good technical knowledge and ability on construction and repair/refurbishment of residential property.
• Commercial acumen and communication skills, both verbally and with written reports.
