ENGIE are recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to be based in Leeds, LS12 1BE. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
You'll play a key role in administering the end-to-end processes and operational aspects of ENGIE EV Solutions, ensuring that our customers and key suppliers (including our sub-contractors, warehouse operatives, project delivery teams and manufacturers) receive an excellent standard of service at all times.

Role Overview
Stock management / despatch - Management of stock and despatch of EV charger hardware to ensure fulfilment of committed project timescales.
Post contract on-boarding process - Accurate and timely processing of sales proformas to ensure accurate order fulfilment and accurate subsequent contract renewal processes. Management of accurate and timely setup of customers and chargers onto our GeniePoint network for both BOO and workplace charging schemes, including the despatch and management of SIM cards and stickers along with the relevant commissioning documents.
Pre-development sales support - Desktop analysis of customer sites and completion of customer / prospect mapping to identify published EV strategies and broader social / corporate responsibility commitments. Delivery of on-line demos to our prospects and customers of our GeniePoint software and provision of face-to-face support for the Business Development Team in customer / prospect meetings with fulfilment of relevant follow-up actions.
Processing of sales leads - Initial contact with customers following receipt of in-bound sales leads for the purpose of lead qualification, data gathering and assessment of strategic value to the business. Qualified leads to then be added into Sales Force and allocated to the appropriate sales lead.
Domestic / Fleet installs - Processing of paperwork relating to ENGIE fleet EV charger installation and liaison with key internal stakeholders.

Qualifications or Required Experience:
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and requirement
  • Capability to identify, solve and improve process inefficiencies
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Verbal and written communication ability
  • Awareness of the sustainable transport sector / electric vehicles
  • Experience of working in a cross-functional team
