Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant either Full time on a Part Time basis (3 days per week) to provide coordination and administration support to senior executives. This role may support mutiple senior roles, providing accurate and timely assistance.

The role holder must be able to manage multiple activities and priorities and have the experience and ability to interact at senior levels of the organisation, with confidentiality an essential part of the role.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Provides general coordination and administration support for example, minute taking, diary management, travel arrangements, stationery and equipment for the department etc.

Acts as a focal point for cross-functional queries such as finance and invoicing, procurement, IT and Real Estate

Manages events coordination and booking for internal and external functional events

Coordinates reports, briefing papers and presentations

Maintains documents and databases

Skills / Qualifications

• Significant previous administration experience, ideally in a senior level environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced experience of Microsoft office
• Attention to detail• Ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines, prioritising in a demanding environment

• Ability to liaise effectively with senior management
• Confidentiality is essential
