ENGIE are recruiting for a Regional Manager to be based within the HMCTS Contract, working remotely with travel. This is a permanent, full time role, working 37.5 hours a week. On offer is a competitive salary and company benefits package.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for TFM provision covering circa 60-65 sites across the overall HMCTS portfolio.
What is your Day to Day:

 

  • Managing specialist subcontractors
  • Operational delivery of 26 contract KPI's - meeting SLA
  • Delivery of compliance standards
  • Stakeholder engagement - client and building user - judiciary
  • P&L responsibility between £6-10m
  • Travelling across multiple sites

About you:

 

 

  • Experience in mobilising and embedding a large scale TUPE contract
  • Strong customer facing skills dealing with challenging clients
  • Excellent commercial acumen, understanding of KPIs & strong history of successfully delivery contracts in financial terms
  • Technical, Finance, commercial experience
